Our Story
Keith has helped design courses and taught Product Discovery at Harvard Business School and at Olin College of Engineering. He has also worked closely with dozens of startups and was voted Boston's Most Valuable Techstars Mentor. Previously, he was at NPR, where he ran Product for the Digital Services Division.
Dan brings deep expertise in design facilitation and learning science. He has been a high school teacher; a college professor; and a grad school dean--and
has played leadership roles at educational non- and for-profits. As a Principal at Continuum, a global innovation design consultancy, Dan helped found the firm’s capability-building practice, which develops in client companies the skills, mindsets, and organizational structures that sustain the design process.

Celine is a designer with a background in engineering and social innovation. Her approach to design strongly emphasizes co-creation, logical consistency, and a systems perspective. Her partnerships with startups, philanthropies, and innovation firms have led her to work on projects ranging from developing affordable medical devices in developing countries to redesigning the homelessness response system in Seattle.
